2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are generally processed under the following conditions:
- Service Not Rendered: If you cancel your application before we have reviewed your documents or submitted them to the government system, you are eligible for a full refund of our service fee.
- Application Denial: In the rare event that a visa application is denied due to an error on our part during the review process, we will refund our service fee in full.
- Double Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same application, the duplicate payment will be refunded immediately.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
Please note the following:
- Government Fees: Once an application has been submitted to the government portal, the government processing fee is non-refundable by the government authorities. Therefore, we cannot refund this portion of the cost once submission has occurred.
- Completed Services: If the visa has been issued, our service is considered fully rendered, and the service fee is non-refundable.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original method of payment.
